CANCELLATION POLICY:
There are different cancellation options in this accommodation depending on what you book:
Non-refundable: If you cancel or modify the reservation, or do not show up, the charge will be the total price of the reservation.
Partially refundable: You will pay the price of the first night if you cancel your reservation.
FREE Cancellation: You can cancel the reservation for free up to 3 days before the arrival date. You will pay the price of the first night if you cancel within 3 days before the arrival date.
Reservations of 4 or more rooms will be treated as a group reservation and special reservation and cancellation conditions may apply.
RULES:
Pensión Las Rías does not offer a 24-hour reception service. Please inform the property of your expected arrival time in advance. To do this, you can use the special requests box when booking or contact the accommodation directly. Contact details appear on the booking confirmation.

We are taking steps to ensure the safety of customers and staff. For this reason, some services and facilities may be limited or unavailable, as well as reduced reception hours and other services.
Stag or hen parties or similar parties cannot be held at this accommodation. Pets are NOT allowed and SMOKING is PROHIBITED on the premises.
The guaranteed check-in time is at 3pm (for reasons of the new COVID19 cleaning protocols), although depending on availability at the time, it could be earlier than that time at no additional cost.
